We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct on our website and booking page. We do our best to inform our current clients at least 30 days in advance via e-mail. Cancellation policy

We have a strict 24-hour Cancellation Policy. We kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice for service cancellation/Rescheduling and at least 48 hours advance notice for multiple scheduled services. Also, please note, a credit/debit card is required to reserve all group and/or individual salon appointments/services. Life happens, and we understand that sometimes the late cancellation/rescheduling is unavoidable. However, you may be charged $50 - $500+ fee for insufficient cancellation/rescheduling/ notice/change to scheduled appointment notice. (The amount varies depending on the service (s) you were booked. We will do our best to fill your canceled time and we will not charge you for your canceled appointment if we are successful in doing so.

Boutique | Retail Products | Store Policy | Boutique Items: Take the feeling of the salon home with you! All sales are final. However, in some rare case(s) If you are unsatisfied with your products for a valid reason, you may be able to exchange them and/or to receive a credit towards a future service with us if returned within 1 week of purchase. There should be at least 95% of the original product remaining. For best result, the item should still be inside the package (un-open). NO REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Appointment Deposits

A credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment (for you to pay the required $35 deposit).

As long as you show up and you're on time for your scheduled appointment, the $35 deposit you paid upfront will be applied towards your final bill (unless you no-show/re-schedule at the last minute - . We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

You can use a different payment method to pay for the balance - on the day of your appointment

No, you can not leave our premises to "go get the money from somewhere else, home and/or the ATM" WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ( WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP/ZELLE PAYMENTS). The Payment is due immediately at the time of service. - No Exceptions

Adjustments | Modification | Corrections

Adjustments: Any service adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment - No Exceptions.

Professional Conduct

SERVICE PROVIDER BEHAVIOR:
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior from clients or staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

CLIENTS BEEHAVIOR:
Please remember to be respectful to the service providers at Chris's Glam and our other customers at the salon during the visit. The golden rule is a great guideline.
